She specializes in External Auditing, Pre-Audit Program Preparation, Program Development, Providing Technical Safety Support, Managing WCB Claims, Maintaining Data Bases with HSE Information, Development and Management of Health and Safety Systems and Training and Orientation Program Development.

Ray is a First Nations Professional, including 18 years of oilfield experience ranging from field technician to senior operations manager. Ray’s passion is to continually work alongside First Nation Communities and our Indigenous citizens. Ray thrives on building strong, collaborative, trusting relationships for the betterment of everyone involved. Ray believes every job is deserving of Indigenous participation, First Nations personnel and our equipment must partake in every project. Ray is an owner in Duke Fire Services and the business continues to grow under his stewardship and with the help of our First Nation Partners.
